Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. After that date, no exchange or return of any item purchased through our online store will be accepted.
It's very simple!
- Send us an email to info@mamakaystudio.com detacalling the order reference number, the product you wish to return and the reason.
- We will respond to you as soon as possible with details on how to make the return*
- The refund of the amount of the returned product will be processed within 15 days from receipt of the merchandise at our facilities**.
*Mamakay is not responsible for return costs incurred. All expenses incurred are the responsibility of the client.
**The product must be in new condition. If the product is damaged or used, the amount will not be refunded.
Change Policy
To make any exchange, for a different size or item, you must request a refund through a product return and make a new purchase.
